Shows the areas of the mouse brain in microscopic slides. This atlas collects systematic images of the mouse brain stained with a range of key chemical markers. It contains 350 sections of the mouse brain, stained serially with Nissl and six chemical markers (parvalbumin, calbindin, calretinin, tyrosine hydroxylase, NADPH diaphorase, and GAD).
