Between 1978 and 1981, the Youth Employment and Demonstration Projects Act (YEDPA) funded programs designed to aid disadvantaged youth. Beginning with YEDPA's inception and lifespan, this report analyzes the data it generated, evaluates its accuracy, and draws conclusions about which YEDPA programs were effective, which were not, and why.
