In January 2007 new research from Euromonitor International showed global value sales of pasta grew by over 5% in 2006, with pasta sales generating US$8million in the UK. Global sales of whole grain pasta soared by over 20% between 2005 and 2006, and Euromonitor International predict that this trend will continue through 2007.
